Garrett-Guevara Co. was founded upon by a third generation contractor/ developer. He started working in the industry since he was a little boy under his Grandfather Gary Guevara Sr. and Dad, he worked for his grandfathers company until the age of 17 when he went on and worked for another construction company until he was 19 when he started his own construction company Garrett Development and construction which has since then changed to what we know today as Garrett-Guevara Contracting Co. and Garrett-Guevara Building Company specializing in Commercial, Residential and industrial contracting needs. Offering complete demolition, selective demolition, site prep, land clearing, roofing, fencing, framing, drywall, painting and excavation. We are two companies with one goal built to cater the needs of our clients.
